Lloyd has returned with a new EP, Tru. After a five year hiatus, the EP marks the Atlanta singer's first project since 2011.

The five track offering features appearances from Lil Wayne on "Holding" (which Lloyd dropped yesterday), Rick Ross on "Heavenly Body" and 2 Chainz on the "Tru Remix."

"I used to be a lost boy, without a true purpose or a plan.Wishing for birds on top of a bush, oblivious to the one in my hand," Lloyd said of the project on Instagram.

He adds that the EP is very personal and marks a significant change in his life.

"But now I'm no longer a lost boy, I woke today as man, who'll never possess the best of everything, But will make the best of everything that I can," he wrote.

The EP comes before his full-length album, tentatively titled Out of My Window, which is slated to drop in 2017. Stream Tru below via Spotify.
