For years, LL Cool J has been applauded for his toned physique and the rapper is once again showing off his most talked about asset on the cover of Men's Fitness magazine's March issue.

The rapper, born James Todd Smith, appears on the publication's front shirtless, flexing muscles in both his chest and tattooed-covered arm. While LL, who stars in the CBS series 'NCIS: Los Angeles,' is known for his charming smile, he sports a rather serious gaze, which hints at the fact that when it comes to his chiseled frame, he means business.

At 43 years old, the rhymer-turned-actor last appeared on a Men's Fitness cover back in August 2008. The 'Headsprung' lyricist is an avid health buff, having published a fitness book in 2006 titled 'LL Cool J's Platinum Workout: Sculpt Your Best Body Ever with Hollywood's Fittest Star.' In 2009, he debuted another read centered on health and wellness, 'LL Cool J's Platinum 360 Diet and Lifestyle: A Full-Circle Guide to Developing Your Mind, Body, and Soul.'

As his new magazine cover hits store shelves, LL Cool J will be one of a number of presenters at the 17th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards, which will simulcast live on TNT and TBS, Sunday, Jan. 30, at 8PM (ET).
