Lil Yachty's 19th birthday was last night, and the Atlanta rapper made sure all of his friends were in the building for the celebration.

Lil Boat rocked Atlanta's Center Stage, where he was joined on stage by Lil B, D.R.A.M., Offset and Lil Uzi Vert. Lil B surprised the crowd with a performance of “I Love You," during which he rips off his shirt, to the excitement of the crowd. Yachty posted a shot of him and B (who was rocking a Sailing Team t-shirt) on Instagram, simply captioning it, "Rare."

In addition to his show, Yachty celebrated his birthday with the release of new music and a new collection of merchandise. After his current tour wraps in early September, Yachty will turn right back around and hit the road once more in October for a headlining a tour with Rae Sremmurd.

Obviously, Yachty is having a great year so far. His most recent project, So Many People is now available on Apple Music, and was also released with a short film, Keep Sailing, which documents his come-up. In the mini biopic, Yachty reveals his appeal to young people and says he wants folks to know he’s “not just a rapper," he’s a brand. It's that mentality that has made him a hero among hip-hop's younger listeners but sometimes puts him at odds with veteran hip-hop heads, including Hot 97's Ebro, who he recently got into it with on Twitter for his declaration that he had no desire to be like Nas, because he wants to be rich.

At any rate, Lil Boat has a captive audience, including the one he rocked last night. Check out some of the footage ad pics below.
