Lil Wayne might not be able to put in much studio time these days, but that isn't stopping his label from releasing new music. Though Weezy's anticipated 'Tha Carter IV' might not be in stores until next year, Wayne's co-manager and Young Money CEO Cortez Bryant told Vibe that fans will be able to purchase a new EP titled 'I'm Not a Human Being' from the New Orleans native ahead of his November release from prison.

"I'm putting out a [Wayne] album called 'I'm Not a Human Being' and I'll probably drop it on his birthday, September 27," he explained of the EP, which will serve as a prelude to 'Tha Carter IV.' "We not about to roll out no three month set up. I'm not even putting it out in stores. We just gonna put it out virally and maybe package it up for Christmas. Give 'em a hard copy later for fan appreciation."

Wayne is currently serving a yearlong sentence in NYC's Rikers Island following an arrest back in 2007. The rapper was performing at New York City's Beacon Theatre before police discovered a gun and marijuana on his tour bus, later leading Weezy to pleading guilty to attempted criminal possession of a weapon in October 2009. He was sentenced to one year in prison in March 2010, though he is only expected to serve eight months of his 12-month sentence.

His seventh LP, 'Rebirth,' was released in February 2010 before he headed off to prison. Debuting at number two on the chart, the album has sold more than 500,000 copies, spawning the singles 'Prom Queen' featuring Shanell, 'On Fire' and 'Drop the World' featuring Eminem.
