Lil Wayne has reportedly given Birdman and Cash Money Records an ultimatum. If Baby doesn't drop his new album, 'Tha Carter V,' Weezy is taking them to court.

According to a source who spoke to TMZ, Tunechi allegedly sent the label a written request -- or a threat depending on how you look at it -- that if Cash Money doesn't comply and release his album, then he will leave the label altogether. Then he will sick his legal team after them.

While Wayne strongly claims that his project is finished, Birdman says that it still needs a lot of work, especially on the back end.

It also appears that their professional relationship is on the rocks too as they are not on speaking terms.

Even if everything works out for both Wayne and Birdman, we're not too sure their friendship will ever be salvaged.
