Lil Wayne is selling the Miami Beach mansion that was at the center of a “swatting” incident last month.

According to TMZ, the Young Money leader is looking for a buyer for the 15,000 square-foot home. The luxurious mansion doesn’t come cheap and it has all of the amenities money can buy.

The estate boasts nine bedrooms and nine bathrooms, a roof-top balcony, a state-of-the-art kitchen, a three-bedroom guest house and a three-car garage. The luxury pad is surrounded by green shrubbery and a 120-foot pond out front.

Weezy is asking $18 million for the place, which is pretty steep. However, upon further inspection, we found out that Wayne’s place has been on the market for about two years. So this shouldn't be a surprise.

According to Frontdoor.com, the “Believe Me” rapper bought the place in 2012, for $14 million. The information provided reveals he put the home on the market in 2013 for $12.9 million.

So we don’t know why the asking price went up from $13 to $18 million. You would think after the swatting incident, Tunechi would lower the price just a little bit.

In any case, it’s a beautiful property that would suit any millionaire’s needs. Maybe one of Forbes’ Hip-Hop Cash Princes will buy it from Wayne. Hey, it could happen.
