Lil Wayne says he’s retiring from the rap game after the release of his upcoming LP, 'Tha Carter V.' But before you shed any tears, there is a possibility that he might record another album.

The Young Money leader told MTV News that he is dead serious about his retirement plans. However, if someone pays him $25 million, he might record another project.

"25 to 35 million would get me to do another solo album after this," said Weezy, adding, "I didn't smile when I said it."

He continued, "I personally plan on this being my final solo album, yes and it's definitely the final Carter album. It's stopping at five."

The veteran rhyme-slinger plans to drop the 'Tha Carter V' in May, although a source at the label said that no release date has been confirmed.

As for why Wayne wants to retire, he feels that he's exhausted everything of himself on the upcoming solo effort.

"It seems like it will be impossible for me to work this hard again for anything else," he said.

In the meantime, you can hear Weezy F. Baby on the Young Money compilation album 'Rise of an Empire,' in stores now.
