Lil Wayne may have spent the past eight months doing a bid at Rikers Island, but his personal life chased him to the clink. While serving his bid, Weezy was slapped with paternity papers by a Missouri woman claiming that they conceived an illegitimate child back in 2002, and now, the 8-year-old child's grandmother has obtained a court order that forces the rapper to submit to a paternity test.

Wayne, who already has four children, was supposed to get tested before Sept. 10, 2010, but was unable to do so due to his incarceration. Because he was locked up when he received the order in August, the judge pushed back his deadline to Dec. 9.

This isn't the first time that Wayne has been targeted in a suit like this. In August 2009, an exotic dancer at a Los Angeles strip club claimed that the New Orleans rapper had impregnated her. The 28-year-old currently has a 15-year-old daughter and a two-year-old son with high school sweetheart Antonia "Toya" Carter, a one-year-old son with Lauren London and an 11-month-old with Nivea.
