The Lil Wayne death watch is over. The rapper is reportedly out of the hospital and headed home.

"Thanks to Cedar Sinai for everything!!!" Young Money President Mack Maine wrote on Twitter Monday night (March 18). "@LilTunechi has been officially been released and is headed home....God is great."

Sources close to the rapper -- potentially the same sources that leaked false information that he was dying -- told TMZ that Weezy was feeling better, but plans to 'lay low.'

Wayne was hospitalized and confined to an ICU last week after reportedly suffering a handful of uncontrollable seizures.

Drugs, specifically codeine, were said to be the source of the trouble, although Birdman shot down those reports yesterday.

"It had nothing to do with drugs," he told Angie Martinez during an interview on Hot 97. "Just how hard he works."
