Lil Wayne was recently hospitalized in Chicago after suffering from seizures over the weekend. He was found unconscious in his hotel room after having a seizure and rushed to the hospital, where he had another seizure. The rap star was released on Tuesday, and according to his manager, his latest episode isn't going to stop him from being a "workaholic."

Back in 2013, Wayne revealed that he suffers from epilepsy and that's the cause of his seizures. According to his manager, Cortez Bryant, Wayne refuses to let the disease slow him down. Although under doctor's orders he'll take a break for the next couple of weeks, Wayne will keep it pushing.

“He a workaholic thats what got him to where his is now man.” Bryant told TMZ. “He’s epileptic thats the reality of it. So it’s something we know we’ll have to deal with the rest of his life.”

Cortez also addressed the rumors that Wayne's seizures are a result of his lean use.

“It has nothing to do with any of those other things," he said. "He’s an epileptic. It’s a disease he has to deal with. It might not be the last time we see Lil Wayne have a seizure.”

Although Wayne's flirted with the idea of retirement, Bryant says that's not happening any time soon either. In fact, Wayne said in a recent interview that his long delayed album, Tha Carter V is finished and he can drop it whenever he wants, so he obviously has more music on the way, hopefully sooner rather than later.
