Lil Wayne Freestyles Over ‘SportsCenter’ Theme Song [VIDEO]

When Lil Wayne appeared on ESPN’s ‘SportsCenter’ this week, he had the chance to combine two of his favorite things — sports and rap — by doing a freestyle over the show’s theme song.

In the 45-second clip, it’s apparent Lil Tunechi is spitting off the top, referencing everything from the Red Sox fitted he’s wearing to the fact his mom warned him to put on a dress shirt for live TV.

The Young Money head honcho, who also revealed ‘Tha Carter V’ album cover on the show, is in the zone during the freestyle, keeping his eyes shut as if he’s searching his brain for the next witty line. Perhaps the best part of the freestyle is his closing words: “Let’s give Drake a hand for costing Toronto Raptors 25 grand.”
