Lil Wayne Eminem and Drake

Grammy producers are making an effort to out do themselves when it comes to last year's performance of 'Swagga Like Us,' that brought T.I, Lil Wayne, Kanye West, Jay-Z and M.I.A together onstage. The official Grammy Twitter page announced another all-star hip-hop summit this morning (Jan. 28) that will have Lil Wayne, Eminem, Drake and Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker joining forces for a "special" performance at the 52nd Grammy Awards this Sunday night.

Producers declined to reveal specific details about the set, but the rappers will likely perform their collaborative track 'Forever,' though it was not nominated for an award. Kanye West, who also appears on 'Forever,' was not announced as a performer, but he has been nominated for three other songs contending for Best Rap Collaboration.

Eminem is up for three awards including Best Rap Album for 2009's 'Relapse,' while Drake scored two nominations including Best Rap Song for 'Best I Ever Had.' Lil Wayne, who's new album 'Rebirth' hits stores on Feb. 2, will likely make his final public performance at the Grammys before he begins his expected prison bid on Feb. 9. Other Grammy performers include Beyonce, theBlack Eyed Peas, Taylor Swift and Lady Gaga, plus a special collaborative performance from T-Pain and Jamie Foxx with Slash and Doug E. Fresh.

The 52nd Annual Grammy Awards will air live on Sunday, Jan. 31 at 8PM on CBS.
