Lil Wayne may be gone until November, but that doesn't mean fans aren't hungry for a taste of new music now. Last night (August 3), Power 105 gave those fans what they wanted, premiering a new collaboration between Weezy and Drake that will appear on the Young Money leader's 'I'm Not a Human Being' EP -- a free release that is slated to hit the Internet on September 27.

The new track, entitled 'Right Above It,' sticks with the successful Wayne formula he was using before entering Rikers Island on a gun conviction. The production is about as glossy as it gets, with Weezy dropping some Auto-Tuned vocals and a verse filled with free-association and giggly punchlines.

"Meet me on the fresh train," he raps. "Yes, I'm in the building/ You just on the list of guest names/ And all my riders don't give a f---/ X-games/ Guns turn you boys into/ Sex change.../ Now tell me how you love it/ And know you at the top/ And only heaven's right above it."

Drake also does his thing with a verse and chorus on the track, hinting at what a promised Wayne and Drizzy collaboration could have in store. While we're most curious to see what Wayne is actually writing in the pen (and how that changes his style in the future), this should be a welcome holdover for the rapper's rapid-growing fanbase--one used to the prolific releases he created before his current prison sentence.

"Yes, it's gonna drop before 'Carter IV,' only on the Internet," Wayne explained when asked about the EP by Funkmaster Flex last night. "This is stuff that I recorded right before I came here."
