Lil Uzi Vert Earns His First Platinum Single With ‘You Was Right’

Lil Uzi Vert has just scored a major win in what's already been a great run for him, earning his first platinum single for "You Was Right."

The song, produced by Metro Boomin', appears on Lil Uzi Vert vs. the World. An official video for the catchy song dropped back in October. Vert is currently heating things up across the pond with The Weeknd on the European leg of the singer's Starboy Tour.

Vert's new project, LUV is Rage 2, is set to be released soon. He's said in previous interviews that he worked with Kanye West and there's also a rock song on the album. Recently he teamed up with Playboi Carti to drop the copycat diss, "Woke Up Like This." In April, the rapper will be back stateside to tour with Snoop Dogg on The Mount Kushmore Wellness Retreat tour, which will hit 16 cities.
