Lil Reese Hospitalized, Possibly for Crohn’s Disease: ‘God Got Me’ [PHOTO]
It’s been awhile since we’ve heard from Lil Reese but it appears that he’s hospitalized in Chicago. On Friday (Sept. 16), the 23-year-old rapper posted a picture on Snapchat of himself lying in a hospital bed.
In the caption, it reads, “POTASSIUM [too] low could suffer a heart attack[.] Just found out I got Crohn’s [be back].”
Although there’s no official word on why Lil Reese is in the hospital, if it is for Crohn’s Disease, then this is a very serious medical situation.
According to CCFA.org, Crohn’s Disease is a chronic inflammatory condition of the gastrointestinal tract. Symptoms of the condition can include persistent diarrhea, constipation and abdominal cramps or pain. With proper treatment and medical care, the risk of any serious complications can be reduced.
Reese also mentioned that he had low levels of potassium and that can also lead to heart disease as well.
Since the photo appeared on social media, fans have been sending prayers to Reese who is optimistic about his recovery. "God got me imma b str8," he tweeted with a prayer hands emoji.
