Lil Mama is throwing a bashment of her own as she covers Rihanna's "Work" in a remix of RiRi's music video.

Similar to the original, Lil Mama heads to a basement party where she whines and booty bounces. But instead of singing about dancing and relationships, Lil Mama boasts about the boss moves that she has planned for this year.

"2016 got a lot of music dropping / Tell the promoters we gon' get the club popping / If ain't about the money then we ain't talking / I'm with some bosses, my company flooded with bosses," she raps.

As usual, the remix has drawn some mixed reviews. "lil mama shoulda just kept rapping on that work remix, it was decent till she got to singing," tweeted a conflicted fan. "I wish lil mama would just chill and sing about carmax or blistex or something.. U know songs that might come natural she force everything," tweeted another who was clearly reminising about Lil Mama's debut single from eight years ago, "Lip Gloss."

But whether or not music fans are ready for new music from the "Sausage" rapper, she's coming. Lil Mama's latest EP, Take Me Back, continues to make headway as she's dropped videos for "Too Fly," "Memes" and the aforementioned "Sausage."

Lil Mama wasn't the first singer to cop RiRi's new track either though -- Keke Palmer also showed off some sexy moves in her own version of "Work."
