Lil Durk has been steadily grinding, but some folks think he's been slacking on his grind. So on Black Friday (Nov. 25), the Chicago rhymer delivered his new mixtape called They Forgot.

According to Durk, the 14-song tape is a reminder to anyone who thinks that he’s resting on his rap laurels. The 24-year-old Chi-City spitter is bringing some heat on the collection.

Rappers Lil Reese, 21 Savage, Meek Mill, Dej Loaf, Mozzy & OTF Ikey and Hypno Carlito make cameos on the the tape, which features production from Young Chop, London on the Track, KidWonder, C-Sick, DonisBeats and many others.

Highlights include "Young N----s," where Durk and Meek rap tough bars over a haunting beat. On the Young Chop-blessed "Victim," Lil Durk talks about the perils of the street life in Chicago, while on "Shooter2X," he trades bullet-riddled rhymes with 21 Savage. On "Rider Chick," the Chi-City rapper spits affectionate lyrics with his rumored girlfriend Dej Loaf. Finally, on "Street Life," Durk yearns to get his family out of their violent-prone neighborhood.

"Shout out to everybody who supported the tape," Lil Durk said on his Instagram page. "We had to drop it for the fans; for everybody who forgot about us, who doubted us, who counted me out. Shout out to the streets. If you are a fan of Lil Durk, I salute you 100 percent."
