With four consecutive wins under his belt, Lil Durk is the latest artist to be inducted in The Boombox Hall of Fame.

Durk's version of Dej Loaf's 'Try Me' became the song that made him unstoppable during his time in the battle. Rapping over Dej’s ‘Try Me’ beat, the rapper doesn’t hold back on his words. However, his take on the track finds him repping his crew and celebrating his signing to Def Jam and French Montana’s Coke Boys imprint.

“Bitch I’m from Chicago where we gon’ ace s--- / If we catch a homie we don’t say s--- / Let them rappers know we ain’t who to play with / I can’t eat her, I just freak her / Pass it to my n----s like I’m blowing reefer / 30 old jam is like Aquafina / Free my n---- Jam that lil boy a deemer / And since I got my deal, I feel important / I live what I rap and just record it,” Durk rhymes.

What made his first victory in The Boombox Battle most interesting is the fact that fans liked his version of the track opposed to Dej's original song. He then beat T.I.'s 'About the Money,' conquered over the Young Thug and Rich Homie Quan's collaboration 'Lifestyle' and finally took the crown by taking over 82 percent of the fan vote against Bobby Shmurda's 'Bobby Bitch.'

In each round, Durk proved that his track was better than the others, which is why we're pleased to welcome him to the Hall of Fame club.

Lil Durk joins Chris Brown, Tinashe, Michael Jackson and Trey Songz in The Boombox Battle Hall of Fame.
