The leaked tracklist for Beyonce's upcoming album, titled Mrs. Carter, is likely fake, according to reports.

A source tells Idolator that it is "absolutely fake."

Since we haven't covered the leaked tracklist, here's some history to get you up to speed.

A few days ago one of the producers from Stargate (longtime Bey collaborators) tweeted a photo of piece of paper with a bunch of notes scribbled down about Beyonce's new album, song titles and featured artists included. It's a rather detailed sheet of paper and basically outlines the entire LP, right down to the single -- "Ratchet" -- and release date (April 11).

While it seems sketchy that something of this magnitude would be treated with such poor care, it's not unthinkable that the tracklist is real.

"I saw that Beyoncé's tracklisting just leaked and I've got a couple of joints on there, which is good news," Ne-Yo tells Digital Spy. "I'm very happy about that."

While he wouldn't confirm or deny if the tracklisting was real, that he commented at all gives some weight to the fact that it might be.

"I don't know," he said. "You never really can tell until the album comes out."

But that just means the songs that Ne-Yo worked on her for the LP are included in the tracklist. So we know it's at least partially real.
