Lauryn Hill has announced that she'll be adding several more stops to her "The MLH Caravan: A diaspora Calling! Concert Series" which is produced in conjunction with Live Nation.

While the tour was initially scheduled to end in December, with Nas and Kehlani confirmed for a few dates, the tour has been extended well into April. Each show features performances by artists from different parts of the African Diaspora in effort to showcase connectivity and further illuminate the black experience in its totality. Hill issued a statement about her added dates, saying that the country is in a time of transition and she wants to continue pressing for unity and togetherness through the concert series.

“The MLH Caravan allows me to continue the theme of unity and celebration of the many facets of cultural and artistic beauty throughout the African diaspora while on tour this summer and fall," she said in a statement.  "In these days of tension, tumult and transition, an exchange of this kind can yield direction, expression, understanding and empowerment as well as connection, self love and  appreciation that hopefully overflows into our respective communities.”

Just last month, Hill dropped a new version of her stirring but mournful track, "Rebel/Find it Hard to Say" from her Unplugged 2.0 album, released in 2002, which touched on police violence.

As for the tour, the new dates will find Hill in cities including San Diego, Austin, Miami Beach, New Orleans and Nashville, and she'll be touring from now, well into spring 2017, with the tour wrapping on April 28 in Charlotte.
