Kodak Black is a free man. And it’s for real this time.

According to the Sun Sentinel, the Florida rhymer was released from jail in South Carolina on Thursday (Dec. 1) after posting $100,000 bail from Florence County Detention Center. Black was in custody on charges of criminal sexual conduct. The 19-year-old rapper is accused of sexually assaulting a woman inside a hotel room at the Comfort Inn and Suites in Florence, South Carolina. The victim alleges that Black attacked her orally and penetrated her. According to the report, "[The victim] was even screaming for help."

Attorneys for Kodak say their client is innocent of the charges and his name would eventually be cleared in the case.

Kodak Black went on his Instagram page Thursday afternoon to inform his fans that he's leaving jail.

"I'm happy to finally be going home to my family and friends. I look forward to clearing my name in the very near future," he wrote. "I want to thank God, my family, my team (Vanessa, Phatboy and James McMillan), Atlantic Records, my lawyers and all of my fans for your continuous love and support. I can't wait to get back to doing what I love most - working at being the illest rapper alive."

Upon hearing the news of Kodak Black's release, fans have been rejoicing on Twitter. "Can't wait to listen to that first day out of prison song by kodak," tweeted one person with the hashtag #KodakFree. Another fan wrote, "What a day...New J.
