It looks like Kodak Black is never going to get out of jail. The embattled rhymer is now accused of committing a sexual battery at a South Carolina hotel back in February.

The 19-year-old rapper, Dieuson Octave, was supposed to be released from jail last week but was stopped after deputies discovered that he had two outstanding "no bond" warrants. One warrant was issued out of St. Lucie County, Fla., for two misdemeanor cannabis-related charges and the other is Florence, South Carolina on a felony charge of criminal sexual conduct.

In a e-mail statement to the Sun-Sentinel, Major Michael M. Nunn, a spokesman for the Florence County Sheriff's Office, said, "According to investigators, on or about February 7, 2016 Octave is alleged to have engaged in the sexual battery of the victim at a hotel located at 2120 West Lucas Street, Florence, SC."

On Tuesday (Aug. 23), a judge told Black that he will have to remain in jail until authorities in South Carolina decide on whether to extradite him to face the charges in their state.

An attorney for Kodak Black had no comment on the matter.
