Kodak Black can't stay out of legal trouble. While he sits in jail for violating his probation, Kodak might be facing more criminal charges in Miami. According to the Sun Sentinel, the Florida rhymer, whose real name is is Dieuson Octave, is accused of attacking a woman in a Miami strip Club in February.

Police records show that on Feb. 2, Kodak was at Club Climaxx when he approached a female bartender, Jennifer Cunningham, and “started acting belligerent.” Cunningham told Kodak to back off and that’s when the rapper allegedly “hit her in the forehead with his right arm.” When she pushed him away, Kodak allegedly punched her multiple times all over her body and then kicked her.

Cunningham reportedly kept working, and after she returned to work around 8PM that night, she called police, who took the report. Although charges haven't been filed, it remains an open case. The presumed offense listed in the report is misdemeanor battery.

“What I can tell you is that there was an altercation that ended in my client being assaulted,” Cunnigham's attorney Matthew Kotzen told the newspaper, adding that his client suffered injuries that were “physical in nature that resulted in medical treatment.” Cunngiham could possibly filed a civil suit against Kodak.

Kodak is currently in jail for violating his probation. His probation officer is accusing him of four violations of his house arrest, including failure to complete an anger management program and going out to a strip club, where he is now accused of assaulting the aforementioned woman.

Meanwhile, Kodak is also facing a charge of criminal sexual conduct in South Carolina, a charge that carries a maximum sentence of 30 years in prison. In that case, the "Tunnel Vision" rapper is accused of sexually assaulting a female fan in a hotel room in Florence, S.C., while he was scheduled to perform a concert last year.

Kodak Black's attorney had no comment on the matter.
