Killer Mike to Open SWAG Barbershop Inside Atlanta Hawks Arena

Killer Mike is making impressive business moves. The rapper is now opening his SWAG Barbershop inside of Phillips Arena where the Atlanta Hawks play.

The addition of Mike's SWAG shop is part of an overall $192 million renovation, which will also include a courtside bar, private suites with simulated golf courses. For Mike, who is a vocal proponent of black-owned businesses, the move is major. He already has two SWAG shop locations, with a third and fourth coming soon, in addition to the shop that'll be in the arena.

“This is a business dream come true,” Mike told HipHopWired. “This is going to be the most transformative moment for our business. We’ve been fighting to get in the airport for four years, so for this to happen is great. We are still on our way to our goal of opening 150 shops worldwide.”
