Kid Cudi has had yet another change of heart about the title of his upcoming album. In January, the Ohio native announced that he would extend the title of his sophomore LP from 'Cudder' to 'Cudder and the Revolution of Evolution,' but on third thought ... scratch that.

Mr. Solo Dolo took to his blog on Tuesday, April 20, to explain that his newest brainchild shall be dubbed 'Man on the Moon II: The Legend of Mr. Rager.' He explained that the change of heart stemmed from a desire to keep fans in tune with his experiences as he navigates his fame. "I started making this project like a collab album, filled with fun and upbeat records that for the most part left you with jack s--- when you were finished listening," he wrote. "I took a step back, went on tour, and realized I'm where I'm at because of the type of songs I write."

According to the introspective rapper, 'Man On The Moon II' will be his darkest work yet, but it will still be infused with the classic and fun Cudi sound. "MOTM2 is dark by nature and instead of bringing you into my dreams like my first album, I'm bringing you into my reality. Good and bad," he wrote. "It will explain more of who I am as well as pushing the envelope musically. This project will focus on many dark, fun, and ignorant moments in my life since I've been Kid Cudi in a exciting and cinematic nature continuing the MOTM theme."

'Man on the Moon II: The Legend of Mr. Rager.' is currently slated for an August release. Production credits so far include, Ratatat and Dot Da Genius.
