G.O.O.D. Music rapper-singer-songwriter Kid Cudi is letting loose. Last night, the Cleveland native dropped a tweet with the message, "Enjoy, King Wizard", and a Mediafire download link to a new song titled 'Perfect Is the Word.'

The new tune from the 'Day 'N' Nite' rapper is being tagged to his rock-inspired band 2 Be Continuum, which was formerly called Wizard. It is unknown if the Dot Da Genius-produced track will appear on his upcoming third album, also reportedly titled 'Wizard.'

"Don't cry for me, it is my destiny to be who I am," sings Cudi over the track's crackling snare drums and melancholy rock guitar riff. "I won't run away, cowards run away," chants Cudi on part of the song's chorus.

Both of Cudi's previous albums -- 2009's 'Man on the Moon: The End of Day' and 2010's

'Man on the Moon II: The Legend of Mr. Rager' -- liberally delved into music genres besides hip-hop. Cudi, born Scott Mescudi, has picked up the guitar and has said his next project is slated to be a rock album. He plans to release a mixtape, dubbed 'A Man Named Scott,' this summer.

Cudi infamously cut ties with his former manager Plain Pat and producer-partner Emile earlier this year, hence the new label he has founded called Wicked Awesome Records. He released his last album, 'Man on the Moon II: The Legend of Mr. Rager,' last November. The video for the album track 'Marijuana,' a substance Cudi says he's quit using, surfaced this week. The visuals were directed by actor Shia LeBeouf.
