Kid Cudi resurfaced in Brooklyn last night, playing the role of the lonely stoner in the borough's Williamsburg neighborhood. While getting his Converse promo on with recent collaborators Best Coast and Vampire Weekend's Rostam Batmanglij, Cudi took to the stage for his first New York performance since June 11 - the night he was arrested by the NYPD for busting a woman's door off its hinges and possession of liquid cocaine. Mr. Solo Dolo took the opportunity to vaguely explain that the arrest was a wake-up call and he's made some changes (OK, reductions) to his lifestyle.

"I know you guys were hearing some s--- about me in the news," he said. "I was wilding out and s---.... But I'm good now. I just smoke weed. I know n----- die when they 27. I'm 26 now, but I promise I'll live til I'm old as s---."

As a grand finale to the evening, all three Converse collaborators hit the stage to perform their new track 'All Summer.' There seemed to be some confusion on Cudi's part as the group stared at one another on stage. "We're such stoners, we can't figure it out," he said, signaling that one of the amplifiers on stage was clearly not turned on yet. Thankfully, they got things sorted out and performed the new track to a somewhat bewildered crowd.
