More information has surfaced regarding the altercation that occurred between Keyshia Cole and a Cash Money executive.

As we previously reported, the victim, Sabrina Mercadel, was allegedly attacked by the R&B singer at Birdman's condo last month. The Cash Money CEO is rumored to be Cole's boyfriend. Mercadel, who claims the assault was unprovoked, was left with scratches on her face.

According to TMZ, Mercadel filed a restraining order against Cole, alleging that the 'Point of No Return' creator punched her and slashed her with her fingernails. She also claims she sustained injuries to her neck and back from Cole's attack.

Also, in the documents, Mercadel states she was "visiting a friend" at the time when the attack happened.

A judge approved the restraining order, which requires that Cole stay at least 100 yards away from Mercadal and avoid any contact with her.

Reps for Keyshia Cole had no comment on the matter.
