Clothing company H&M has tapped singers Keri Hilson and Akon for their annual Fashion Against AIDS collection to help their fans become more aware and knowledgeable of the disease. Besides the two hip-hop and R&B staples, fellow celebrities Sky Ferreira, Selma Blair, Nikki Reed, Ginnifer Goodwin and Penn Badgley, among others, join them in them in the fight.

Launching April 26, the unisex collection will appear in the Swedish fashion company’s Divided department with a selection of Spring-themed pastel pieces, including graphic T-shirts, metallic shorts and printed hoodies.

Twenty-five percent of all sales of the collection will go towards the charity Designers Against AIDS and several other HIV/AIDS charities, in an effort to promote safe sex and AIDS prevention worldwide. Thus far the Fashion Against Aids campaigns have raised more than 41 million Swedish krona.

“I’ve had a lot of friends who’ve been in the situation where their friends and family have been affected by HIV,” revealed Akon. “As I travel the world, I see how much HIV affects people. It’s not like we have a cure for HIV, we only have prevention. Make sure you are protected so that you don’t ever have to worry about it. Ever.”

In the photos of the collection, which can be viewed here, Keri Hilson rocks a slogan jumpsuit and fanny pack, while Akon looks breezy in jeans and a light hoodie/vest combo.

“Artists are an essential part of our campaigns, as they are role models for so many young people. Celebrities help to spread the message by speaking out about HIV/AIDS prevention,” explained Designers Against AIDS founder Ninette Murk. “We’re asking them to help spread the safe sex message on social media: Twitter, Facebook, their own websites and at their concerts too.”

The Fashion Against AIDS collection hits shelves on April 26.
