Kendrick Lamar fans rejoice— during his packed out Compton signing for his latest release, Damn., he said that he has more music coming.

While the whole super elaborate, Easter-Sunday-Damn.-Nation.-Old-Testament-Morpheus-fan theory of K.Dot dropping a double album didn't exactly pan out as gung-ho fans hoped, this is still great news, even if it didn't exactly appear to be planned. The pseudo announcement happened during an Instagram Live session at his Best Buy signing in Compton, where Kendrick casually offered, “I got some more music” while shouting out his kinfolk and supporters.

No further information was given— no release date, no hints about if "more music" means a full-length album, a collection of unreleased songs (as he shared last year with Untitled.Unmastered) or just a few new loosies. Not that anyone cares. Any day Kendrick decides to release new music is a good day.

As for Damn., it's projected to break records this year, becoming the fastest selling debut of 2017, potentially topping Drake's More Life, if sales predictions are accurate. Additionally, Damn. will get a vinyl release this July and merchandise is already available for pre-order.
