After being bashed by former bandmate Beyonce's producer, Jeff Bhasker, Kelly Rowland has responded to the diss.

"How can this kr song with the weakest beat and melody of all time be the #1 song on urban!? Oh yeah. Wayne [sic]," Bhasker posted to his Twitter page last week, taking aim at Kelly's Lil Wayne-assisted monster hit 'Motivation.'

"I just listened to Motivation again to see if I was to harsh in my critique. I wasn't. The lyrics are horrid as well," Bhasker added.

Kelly has issued her response to the hater's harsh words in an interview with BET stating, "You know what, the record speaks for itself." Kelly continued to lay it on him, "Opinions are like ---holes, everybody's got one."

"He's made wonderful music with my sister and other artists. There's no reason for me to say anything negative. 'Cause I won't tell you the thought that is really in my head. I'll just kill 'em with kindness," Kelly concluded, refusing to beef with Bhasker. Way to take the high road, Kelly!

In addition to Kelly's Destiny's Child "sister" Beyonce, Grammy winner Bhasker has also produced for Mr. Beyonce (Jay-Z), Kanye West and Alicia Keys.

Rowland's third studio album, 'Here I Am,' debuts July 26.
