As reported by AOL Music, Kelly Rowland has released her new 'Sexy Abs' workout DVD with celeb trainer Jeanette Jenkins, and while she may have one of the most enviable bods in the business, Kelly has revealed she still struggles with body image issues. After going under the knife in October 2007 to enlarge her chest size, the singer has admitted she still has insecurities when it comes to her figure.

When the former Destiny's Child member was asked by U.K.'s Hello! magazine if she saw herself as a sex symbol, she replied, "Not really" with a laugh. The 30-year-old beauty then named her least sexy feature. "What do I hate about my body? The stretch marks that come from getting older," she admitted.

To stay as fit and positive about her body as possible, Kelly has to limit some of her favorite indulgences. "I love sugar and I love fried food but I try and leave it alone most of the time. I also love a nice glass of red wine," she revealed. "I like to feel good about myself and know what I'm putting into my body. It's not about putting on pounds, it's about being healthy. Food isn't meant to make you feel lethargic, it's about nutrition, but you do have your cheat days."

So how do you "cheat" on your diet without going overboard? Kelly's 'Sexy Abs' partner and personal trainer Jeanette Jenkins helped her learn balance. "She taught me like this 80/20 rule," which entails eating healthy 80 percent of the time, and enjoying "sweets, cakes, cookies, pies" 20 percent of the time.

For Kelly, that 20 percent is absolutely necessary as she turns into "a crazy person" who is "mean as hell" without it!
