Video Premiere: Kelis, ‘4th of July (Fireworks)’ — Behind the Scenes

Kelis fully commits to the idea of being "a phoenix that's risen from the ashes" in the video for the second single '4th of July (Fireworks)' off her upcoming album 'Flesh Tone.' Filmed in the desert in California, the John "Rankin" Waddell directed video highlights the fiery theme of the track, surrounding the singer with flames, lasers and electric, nu-disco-appropriate Bob Mackie dresses.
