Comedian Ashima Franklin claims that Katt Williams laid a "gang-style" attack on her and that Williams kidnapped her when she tried to escape, according to a lawsuit obtained by TMZ.

Franklin alleges the abuse began when Williams hit her in the face in 2012. She says he also attacked her when they toured together this year. TMZ reports that according to the lawsuit, Williams bragged about having "million dollar b---es" then turned his anger on Franklin.

"Why am I sitting here with this hillbilly, Alabama, backwoods ass three dollar p---- bitch?" he allegedly asked.

The next day, Franklin claims that Williams and two other women attacked her, leaving her with a swollen face and injuries to her chest, arms and legs. She also claims that Williams blocked her from leaving. Additionally, Franklins says that another time, Williams threw scalding hot food at her face, and asked why she thought she had the right to eat.

Franklin is suing for at least $3 million.

Just a couple of weeks ago, Williams was officially charged with misdemeanor battery for allegedly punching a woman at a hotel in L.A. If convicted, he faces up to six months in jail.

The trouble comedian has had legal issues and violent incidents for the past few years, and this latest news, has been added to his growing list of problems.
