Blac Chyna may be engaged to Rob Kardashian but that doesn’t mean she can profit off the last name once she married. At least, that’s how the Kardashian clan sees it.

According to TMZ, Blac Chyna reportedly is looking to trademark her soon-to-be married name Angela Renee Kardashian, so she can use it for entertainment purposes and social media. But the sisters - Kim, Khloe and Kourtney - are trying to put the kibosh on that.

According to documents, the sisters are trying to block the idea of Chyna having their last name because they feel their brand will “suffer damage including irreparable injury to their reputation and goodwill.” The women claim that Chyna is "deliberately seeking to profit from the goodwill and popularity" of the Kardashian name.

If this story is true, then this legal case could get ugly. There’s no word on when the 28-year-old model will likely become a Kardashian because no wedding date has been set. Nevertheless, Chyna and Rob are enjoying their time as new parents to their daughter Dream.

Reps for the Kardashian family had no comment on the matter.
