The reviews are in for Kanye West's short film 'Runaway' and one in particular, written by the Los Angeles Times, didn't sit well with the Chicago emcee. After reading the newspaper's evaluation of the 35-minute visual addendum to his upcoming album 'My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy,' the 33-year-old quickly called out the article, and its writer, via his Twitter page.

"I would've [taken] offense 2 the LA Times review of the movie but the extremely condescending writer accidentally complimented my suit! Thx," he started. "I believe the writers name was Kriss Lee who [is] so bent on giving a soulless description of my work that he decided to call the album not even by the write name ... ironically, but I feel more strategically, removing the word 'Beautiful' from the title! Woooooooooooow!"

West continued, "I assumed a respected media source like the Los Angeles Times would send a writer that would at least have the respect to call the album by its proper title. It's called 'MY BEAUTIFUL DARK TWISTED FANTASY' Kriss. Even if your goal was to perpetuate non-positive thought association. You see what happens when you write with a negative agenda. You have the entire Los Angeles Time's coming off like a non credible news source that can't even fact check a well publicized album title. How can anyone believe anything you ever write again? I feel sorry for the LA Times more than anything for missing the opportunity."

Published for the newspapers 'Pop & Hiss' music blog, the review wrote the Los Angeles screening event off as another opportunity for West to showcase his narcissism. "Coming on the heels of recent premieres in New York, Paris and London, this latest 'Runaway' screening also functioned as a forum for the hip-hop superstar's grandiose sense of self as well as West's latest assertion of the increasing insignificance that mainstream media holds in his promotion process," read the article.

Following his rant, the paper quickly corrected the album title blunder and apologized for the mistake, but not the review. "An earlier version misidentified West's album title as 'My Dark Twisted Fantasy.' The correct name is 'My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy.' SORRY @kanyewest."

West has been busy premiering the film in different cities, including Paris and London, before returning stateside where he will next show the film in Chicago and then New York. His album 'My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy' drops Nov. 22.
