On Friday (Aug. 27), Kanye West kept true to his word and dropped a brand new song featuring Jay-Z as part of G.O.O.D. Fridays -- which promises a free track each week through Christmas.

"Me and Jay bout to drop a 5 song album called 'Watch the Throne,' Kanye tweeted on Friday, before unleashing the EP's first single 'Monster.' A snippet of the track was leaked in early June featuring a verse from Rick Ross, but the completed song includes verses form Jay, Ross, Nicki Minaj and indie folk singer Bon Iver. West's following tweet revealed that 'Monster' was the second track off the 5-song EP, confirming that at least two songs have been completed, but there was no word on a release date. It is likely that all the songs will be released in conjunction with Ye's G.O.O.D. Fridays.

News of Kanye and Jay's collaborative EP comes only a week after the release of Ye's highly-anticipated 'Power' remix, which featured a promised guest verse from his 'Big Brother.'

Kanye's fifth studio album, currently titled 'Dark Twisted Fantasy,' is currently scheduled for a November release.
