Kanye West's fans are getting a taste of what's to come from his "sonic painting" Swish. Virgil Abloh, otherwise known as Yeezy's creative director, played the rapper's new song, "Fade," for a club crowd in London -- and one partygoer recorded it.

While Abloh was spinning at XOYO, he gave a proper introduction to “Fade,” which was also played during Yeezy Season 1 launch. The track starts off with a drum and bass-like opening as a voice continuously says “your love is fade” and “I feel it fade.” It could easily lead listeners to expect the famous EDM drop but instead it goes into a heavy bass beat with a funky guitar riff akin to Watch the Throne‘s “No Church in the Wild.”

The song reportedly features Post Malone and Ty Dolla $ign but they aren’t heard in the version played by Abloh. Unfortunately, it’s unclear when fans will get to hear the mastered version of the song since Yeezy has yet to set a release date for Swish.

“I still just kept working and trying to find the language that I wanted to say on my album. Just going in the lab every night,” West said in an interview with Real 92.3‘s Big Boy earlier this month. “It’s soundin’ good, like a sonic painting. And it gets better and better every week.”

The Chicago native has already released the singles “All Day” and “Only One,” which have been well-received -- leaving fans with high expectations for the forthcoming album.

In other news, Ye’s other creation -- his baby boy -- may be arriving early with a debut around Thanksgiving. Stay tuned to see if West will truly have even more to be thankful for this holiday.
