One year after his infamous Taylor Swift debacle, Kanye West will once again take the stage at the MTV Video Music Awards.

The Chicago bred rapper/producer has appeared at the VMA's every year since he made his 2004 debut and has enjoyed his share of victories, including Best Male Video in 2005 for 'Jesus Walks' and Best Special Effects in 2008 for 'Good Life,' but after his drunken interruption of Taylor Swift's speech last year, it seemed doubtful that Kanye would be gracing the VMA's stage any time soon.

Since his outburst, Kanye removed himself from the public eye to record his new, as-yet-untitled album, but has recently reappeared, making surprise appearances at the Facebook and Twitter headquarters, and now will be gracing the VMA stage.

Also performing at the awards will be newcomer Drake, who has been nominated for Best Hip-Hop video and Best Male Video. Fellow Young Money rapper Nicki Minaj is among the confirmed list of presenters, which also includes crooners Trey Songz and Ne-Yo.

The 2010 Video Music Awards airs live from the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles on September 12 at 9PM EST.
