It’s looks like Yeezy season has officially arrive. On Friday (Jan. 8), Kanye West possibly announced the release date of his highly anticipated album, Swish.

The rapper-producer went on his Twitter account and simply tweeted, “Swish February 11 16.” For fans, this is exciting news since they have been waiting for over a year to hear a new project from the Chicago rhymer.

Kanye’s tweets followed a flurry of activity for him, including dropping a new song, “Real Friends,” along with a snippet of a new tune called “No More Parties in L.A.,” featuring Kendrick Lamar. On top of that, the G.O.O.D. Music leader will headline New York's 2016 Governors Ball in June.

As for his tweet, we have to point out that Feb. 11 is on a Thursday, so West may be planning to drop the album early ahead of the standard album release day. The release date is also perfect because he could possibly perform new songs from the LP at the 2016 Grammy Awards, which takes place on Feb. 15. So that’s something to think about.

Reaction to the news have been overwhelmingly joyous. Fans have created memes on social media to announced the start of Yeezy Season. Check out some of them below.
