Even Kanye West can't believe he's making a collaborative album with Jay-Z. "It's really setting in on me that I'm actually doing a rap album with Jay-Z," he tweeted earlier today. The two are holed up in a studio two hours outside of London prepping the full-length 'Watch the Throne.'

"The [beats] and raps are stuuuupid already! One song down, on to the next!" West further tweeted. He also vaguely describe the sound of the album as "so modern, so hood, so club, so hip-hop ... all of the above!"

On another note, West confirmed the news that his 35-minute music video 'Runaway' will be packaged with his upcoming album 'My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy,' due Nov. 22. "We number 5 on the charts already... Thank you guys so much for believing again!" What a difference a year makes.
