R&B veteran Joe has released his 12th album, #MyNameIsJoeThomas, today (Nov. 11)—a project that he says will be his last.

The Grammy award-winning singer has sold over 15 million albums to date, stamped by his musicianship and sultry, smooth sound that never strayed from his soul roots, no matter what music trends dictated at the time. His final project is led by the single, “So I Can Have You Back,” which is currently building at the #3 position according to BDS.

Among the other standouts on the record is the Gucci Mane-assisted "Happy Hour." On the mid-tempo song, Joe sings of being intoxicated by the beauty of woman who catches his eye.

“It just hit me / I’m kinda tipsy,” he sings. “But it ain’t the drink inside this glass that’s got this room spinning way too fast.” While on the hook he offers, “Girl, I’m faded / You make me feel so good / You’re my happy hour."

Joe says his new album is all about being emotionally sincere. He poured his heart on this project, and he says that's evident upon hearing it.

“Many artists at times say that their current project is their best piece of work to date, however I can honestly say that this truly is not only my best, but one of my favorite discs ever”, says Joe. “I put my heart and soul into the creation and performance of this record and I can only hope that I am giving fans what they wish for in a Joe record."
