Joe Budden Wanted By Police for Robbery, Beating Ex-Girlfriend

It looks like Joe Budden is in serious trouble. The New Jersey rhymer is wanted by police for an alleged robbery and assault of his ex-girlfriend.

According to the NYPost, the reality TV star is accused of beating his former lover outside of a New York nightclub last Monday (Aug. 18). The 25-year-old woman claims that Budden forced her into his car before smashing her head on the dashboard and driving to his New Jersey home. Then at the residence, the beating continued according to police.

A law enforcement source claims that Budden was angry that his ex was on Instagram clubbing with other men.

"Apparently there was an argument over pictures she was posting online with other guys,” said the source. “She was going to nightclubs and he didn’t like that.”

Budden is also accused of stealing the woman’s cell phone before twisting her arm and shoving her into his car, police said.

NYPost also posted photos of the woman's alleged injuries and it looks pretty serious.

The Slaughterhouse rapper went on Twitter Friday night (Aug. 22) to defend himself. He tweeted:

Budden ended his rant with this tweet: I’ll have my day in court...f--- it."

Hopefully, Budden can straighten this situation out. It's very unfortunate no matter how you look at it.

UPDATE (8/23/14):

Joe Budden lashed out at the New York Police Department after they tweeted that the rapper was wanted and they need the public's help to find him.

"Manhunt...Suck my d---, lol," he tweeted. He then added, "I’m gonna sue the living s--- out u gentlemen. @NYPDnews."

Budden then ended his rant with information on where he will be tonight.
