Another day, another rap beef. Well, not quite. Joe Budden and Lupe Fiasco engaged in a friendly game trash talk on Twitter on Saturday (Aug. 20).

Apparently, a fan tweeted to Budden that he and Fiasco should collaborate on a song or “start the beef on wax.”

The New Jersey rhymer responded back, “Lupe been scared of Mouse lol Street Fighter & rapping.” For those who don’t know, Budden’s nickname is Mouse.

Fiasco caught wind of Budden's comment and jumped on his Twitter page to respond. “Lawd! I don’t even know where to begin...” he tweeted.

When another fan tweeted that Lupe will out rap Budden, the Slaughterhouse MC replied back, “I love Lupe, but he’d have to prove that.”

From there, Budden and Fiasco started sparring each other on Twitter with quips and emojis, most of which was related to playing the video game Street Fighter.

While their tit-for-tat didn't reach to the levels of his feud with Drake, it looks like Budden is ready to battle anyone both on the mic and on the controlla. See what we did there? As for dissing Drake, Budden said that he's done with beefing with the Toronto rapper because he's insecure.

“If’ I’m Drake, I’ve built my entire empire off said insecurity," he said. "That’s exactly why I stopped dissing him. It was pointless.”
