Jhene Aiko’s star quotient is on the rise.

As part of The Boombox's Live Bytes series, the songstress performs 'Stranger,' a trap ballad about meeting the wrong kind of men.

"I meet them everyday / They all seem to be the same / So lame so strange...okay," the 26-year-old sings. "I meet them everyday / They all seem to be the same, it's so strange."

It’s another great performance from Aiko at MSR Studios in New York. Look out for her full-length LP 'Souled Out,' which is due in May 2014.
