Jermaine Dupri, who knows a few things about hit records, believes he's got another one on the way with the forthcoming Bow Wow album, due in December. "It's going to be big," Dupri tells AOL Music.

Dupri, who's worked with everyone from main squeeze Janet Jackson and superstar Jay-Z to Usher and Mariah Carey, says in general he prefers working with younger artists. "I like starting with the artists who don't really have it all yet, 'cause it's kind of hard to convince a lot of mature artists what they should be doing," he says.

"I went in the studio with Aretha Franklin one day, and she was singing so well you don't even want to say, 'You hit a bad note.' You question yourself because she's so good. So sometimes it's better for me to work with people who don't really know where they're going and try to guide them."
