Ziggy, Marley's eldest son, will kick off the tribute, by performing on 'Late Night With Jimmy Fallon' in honor of the 30th anniversary of the reggae legend's death.

Although the set list of songs has yet to be announced, Hudson will perform two days after Ziggy, while Bob Dylan and Lenny Kravitz will also lend their voices as a tribute to Marley with separate appearances throughout the week. It is also unknown what roll the house band, the Roots, will play in the dedication.

Sponsored by Anheuser-Busch, the tribute week will also promote Universal Music Entertainment's release of Marley's final performance at the Stanley Theater in Pittsburgh, Penn., in September of 1980.

In 1977, Marley hurt his toe playing soccer, it was later discovered that he suffered from a form of melanoma. Despite his health, Marley continued to perform, scheduling a world tour in 1980 until the cancer spread throughout his body, forcing him into the hospital. He died one year later at what is now University of Miami Hospital.

'Late Night With Jimmy Fallon' will begin its Bob Marley tribute starting May 9 at 12:35PM EST on NBC.
