Jazmine Sullivan showed up and showed out with a great performance at the 2015 Soul Train Awards, which aired Sunday (Nov. 29) on BET. The Philly songbird also performed with After 7.

After citing Babyface as an influence, the songstress performed her latest single, "Let it Burn."

"I want to be good to you baby / Call me crazy cause I think I found the love of my life," she sang giving '90s R&B vibes. Backed up by two background singers, the 28-year-old wore a long black number as voluminous curls fell around her face.

She didn't do much dancing outside of some swaying and pointing towards the crowd, but her voice was more than enough to get Vivian Green to sing along and Babyface to jam along.

Against a hazy blue and red backdrop, the singer finished her song and then announced the next act, After 7.

The late 80s R&B trio -- which includes Babyface's brother, Kevon Edmonds -- performed "Ready or Not," which had the whole crowd rocking including her mentor Jill Scott. (Keith Mitchell and Babyface's nephew Jason Edmonds complete the trio.)

Tweeters were "totally here" for the performance as well. "When I die somebody please tell my family to get Jazmine Sullivan to sing His Eye Is On The Sparrow at my funeral," tweeted one user. "Ya'll don't understand how much life I just got from @jsullivanmusic tho!!!" tweeted another.

Some relayed this performance as an example of why they love the 2015 Soul Train Awards. We couldn't agree more.
