Jay Z is certainly making the rounds on the festival circuit this year. Does that mean the rumor Swizz Beatz sparked last week about Jay being in "album mode" rings true? While it has yet to be confirmed that Jay has new music on the way soon, the lineup to the second annual Meadows Music and Arts Festival has been announced, with Jay as the headliner.

This year's event, which takes place at Citi Field in Queens, New York City, will be livestreamed exclusively through Tidal. As aforementioned, Jay has been pretty heavy on the festival circuit this year—he'll also headline the Budweiser Made in America Festival (along with J. Cole) and it was announced last week that he'll headline the Austin City Limits Festival.

As for the Meadows Music and Arts Festival, Nas, Run the Jewels, LL Cool J, Erykah Badu, Action Bronson, Migos, De La Soul, Joey Bada$$, Big Boi and more will also hit the stage.

The Meadows Music and Arts Festival takes place Sept. 15-17. Purchase tickets here.
