Jay-Z's got 99 problems and apparently a son born 21 years ago is one of them.

The Brooklyn, N.Y.-bred MC is being sued by 21-year-old aspiring rapper Rymir Satterthwaite, who claims that his mother had a sexual relationship with Jay Z in the early ’90s, which resulted in his birth.

According to TMZ, legal documents filed by Satterthwaite and his legal guardian, Lillie Coley, reveal Hov provided “fraudulent information” to prevent Satterthwaite's efforts to prove he's his son. Jay Z is reportedly refusing to take a paternity test to determine if they share the same DNA.

While the fraudulent information in question hasn't been revealed, Satterthwaite has apparently suffered “financial and emotional” damages as a result of the lauded rhymer's actions. The details of the civil lawsuit were handwritten by Coley, who supports Satterthwaite's claims.

Coley's involvement in the suit raises one very interesting question: where's Satterthwaite's mother in all of this? She's one of the missing pieces to this puzzle. And is Coley a grandmother who stepped in to help him find his real father? How does she fit into this drama exactly? So many questions left unanswered.

This isn't the first time the Carter family has been hit with news of a mystery child. The Reasonable Doubt creator was accused of fathering a child in 2001, with model Shanelle Scott. Those claims have been shot down time numerous times throughout the years.

Two years ago, Beyonce gave birth to Blue Ivy, the only child Jay Z calls his own.
